Gracie Barra is holding its next tournament on Saturday, Feb. 25, in Irvine, CA.
If you are a member of any GB school, and want to measure yourself in a Jiu-Jitsu competition, this a very special opportunity.
That’s because you’re going to match yourself against someone who probably started training roughly at the same time of you, and, was submitted to the same curriculum. If knowledge and skills are similar, you will be able to focus not in the unknown but in how you react to the pressure of the spotlights.
In other words, you will isolate some parameters of your experience, and concentrate in most important values, like self-control and time of reaction.
